Yes. Google Checkout will convert the currency.

How will you use my credit card?
When you check out with Google checkout your credit card will automatically be charged.
My name will appear on your credit card statement: Simon J. Michael, Screenwriter.
How will you use my information?
I only use the information to place your order. Your information is always kept private.

Can I pay with a personal check or money
order?
Yes I accept both. Once your check clears and once I receive the money order I will immediately deliver the service/product
to you by e-mail.

How long does it take to process my order?
Your card will be charged during checkout but it takes me about 24 hours to respond. You will definitely
hear from me within 24 hours.
How do I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered electronically directly to your e-mail box. Live chat services will be
arranged through email and then will proceed in a private one-on-one chat room.
When will I receive my order?
If you've ordered an E-handbook you will receive the order within 2 days. If you have ordered
a service it depends on my schedule but I promise I will respond within 24 hours to let you when you
can expect the order to be fulfilled.

Can I have the E-handbook sent to a different email
than the one I used to check out with?
Yes but please indicated this in the comment box during checkout or else I will by default e-mail
the product/service to the e-mail on your Google Checkout account.
Do I have to be 18 years old to make a
purchase?
No. All material provided on this site is appropriate for all ages.
If you do not have a credit card you may pay with a money order.

How much is tax and shipping?
There is never any tax or shipping on any of my products or services.

How come when I add an item to my cart it says - tax
and shipping on next page?
Google's Checkout cart does not have an option to remove this phrase so it displays it - but you
will not be charged any tax or shipping.
What is the total price?
The total price is the price listed below the product/service.
How do I get the discounted price listed next to the item?
Just click "ADD TO CART" and it will automatically reflect the discounted price.
Why are the prices so low?
I'm a writer myself and I have a soft spot in my heart for other writers who may not have much money
so I offer lower prices to make it easier for them to afford it.

What if I want a refund?
Refunds are only available if you accidentally purchased an item. If
for any reason you're not satisfied with your order you may exchange
it for a service or E-handbook of equal value.
What is your guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied you may exchange your E-handbook or service for one of equal or lesser value. Your Satisfaction is my main priority.

How do I know this is not a scam?
My name is on the line and I have no desire to cheat anybody and ruin my reputation for a few bucks.
Can I keep my email address private when placing an
order?
Yes if you wish. However in order for me to contact you to deliver
my service and/or E-handbook I will need at least one email address
provided during checkout in the comment box. Read
Google Checkout's Privacy and Security Policy about
keeping your email address private.

number?
No I do not need your address or phone number to fill your order.

What do I do if I accidentally add an item to the
cart that I don't want?
You simply click "remove" which is under the price of the item in the cart.
What happened to the cart I don't see it on the
page?
The cart only appears on my service page and on the product
description pages. If you go to another page on my site it will not
appear because I did not want people who are interested only in the
free tips to have to worry about the cart. Simply go back to
my order page and your cart will reappear.

What do I do if the cart is blocking the text on the page?
Click on the arrow in front of the phrase "View Cart" and it will minimize the contents of your
cart you can make them reappear anytime by clicking on that arrow again.
What do I do if the cart stopped displaying my
items?
With your mouse move the cursor over the phrase "View Cart" and
click once with your left mouse button to reveal what's in your
cart.
How do I use a coupon?
During checkout you will come to a page that allows you to enter the coupon code.
Just enter it there.

How do I get a coupon?
Coupons are sometimes listed at the bottom of my homepage.
You can also get insiders coupons from my Free Weekly Newsletter.
And customers who have purchased any service or E-handbook will also
receive a coupon in their confirmation email.
What is an E-handbook?
An E-handbook is similiar to an E-book the only different being in page length. An E-handbook
is generally less than 20 pages long.

How will I get the E-handbook?
It will be delivered directly to the e-mail address you provided during checkout. You will
receive the E-handbook in all of the following formats: .txt, .doc, and .pdf
Can I buy an E-handbook for someone else?
Yes simply supply their e-mail address in the comment box during checkout instead of your own.
You may also purchased them a gift card so they may choose the exact E-handbooks and services they prefer.

May I provide more than one email address for my

If you want to buy the same handbook to be delivered to two email
addresses please contact me ahead of time before placing your order
and I will offer you a discount.
Once I have purchased an E-handbook may I share it
with friends and
family?
I respectfully request that you do not distribute the ebook as this
is how I make a living. Please invite your friends to buy the ebook
for themselves or you can purchase a gift card from them.

Yes Google Checkout offers an opportunity for you to leave feedback
to the seller (me!). And of course you can always just email me your
feedback. I'm always ready to hear your feedback so I can gauge how
