How do I checkout?
Add the item(s) you want to the cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button under the item. Then sign into your Google account or create an account. The form will ask you to input your credit card information and your card will be charged the exact amount listed in the cart. My name will appear on your credit card statement: Simon J. Michael, Screenwriter.

Is Google Checkout safe?
Yes - it's Google! You can read their guarantee here.

How will you use my information?
I only use the information to place your order. Your information is always kept private. I never give your email address, name, or any contact information about you out to anyone.

Can I pay with a personal check or money order?
No I'm sorry I only accept payment via Google Checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?
Your card will be charged during checkout but it takes me about 24 hours to respond. You will definitely hear from me within 24 hours. I personally respond to each request.

How do I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered electronically directly to your e-mail box.

When will I receive my order?
If you've ordered an E-handbook you will receive the order within 2 days. If you have ordered a service it depends on my schedule but I promise I will respond within 24 hours to let you when you can expect the order to be fulfilled.

Is it safe to submit my screenplay or movie idea?
All ideas you submit remain yours, you retin the copyrights. All consultations are strictly between you and me and I will not discuss your movie ideas and scripts with anyone. Any suggestions I make you may take or leave. I also waive credit for any ideas I suggest to you so that you may freely incorporate them into your script.

What do I do if I accidentally add an item to the cart that I don't want?
You simply click "remove" which is under the price of the item in the cart.

Can I place an order even if I don't live in the United States?
Yes. Google Checkout will convert the currency. Click here for more information.

Can I check out using my cell phone?
Yes. See Google's policy on this here.

How do gift cards work?
Select desired amount from gift card drop down menu, click ADD TO CART, and pay through Google Checkout. Then email me at: author@simonjmichael.com with the email address for the recipient of the Gift Card. I then email the gift card directly to the recipient. My Gift Cards have no expiration and can be used for any Screenwriting Consultation or Tutorial.
